Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference. We will request your bank details only when a refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day window

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
